  1. Preparing Your Lenses：Soak contact lenses with multipurpose solution for at least 6 hours or overnight before wearing.
  2. Essential Hand Hygiene：Before touching contact lenses, wash your hands properly with soap and water or wash your tool.
  3. Rinsing the Lens：Put the lens on your palm and rinse it with several drops of saline solution.
  4. Thorough Rinsing：Repeat rinsing process to ensure all traces of disinfecting solution used to soak your lenses is fully removed.
  5. Using Tweezers (if applicable): Use tweezers to carefully pick up the lens.
  6. Positioning the Lens：Place the lens on your index finger or put the lens on applicator.
  7. Mirror Check：Open right side eyes and look into the mirror.
  8. Lower Lid Preparation：Pull down the lower eye lid with the middle finger of the same hand.
  9. Upper Lid Adjustment：Pull up your upper eye lid gently with another hand.
  10. Inserting the Lens：Put your lens on and blink a few times.
  11. Completing the Process：Repeat the same procedure on the left lid.

 * Tip: If your eye feels uncomfortable, remove it and inspect for damage or debris, rinse with more solution and reapply.
